Production

With its production process, SG tec s.r.o. participates in the projects focusing on the pharmaceutical, beverage and food industry. The production is one of the company´s main sectors. There are production premises with the area of 1100m2, loading and parking premises with the area of 4500m2 and necessary machinery for manual and orbital welding with qualified personnel available directly in the seat of the company. The company is also involved in the production of specialized plastic components for various industries.

Manufacture of pipelines and steel structures

The entire production process of our company is subject to the highest quality requirements and follows the requirements of the Quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015) and comprehensive Quality requirements for welding (ISO EN 3834-2). We are holders of the certificate EN 1090 EXC-2 – the production and welding of load-bearing structures.

Specialized production of plastic components

Specialized production of individual injected parts based on prototype tools. The lightest part weights only 0.01 g. The entire production process of SG tec s.r.o. is subject to the highest quality requirements and follows the Quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015) and the environmental management system (ISO 14001: 2015).

Only thermoplastic parts such as POM, PE, PP and PA + GF are processed during injection molding. Thanks to this, the parts have optimal properties and can be used as experimental parts. Prototype tools are available within a few days and, depending on the design, are also suitable for small series production. We use ENGEL, DEMAG, MILACRON and BABYPLAST machines for the production of injection molded parts. On demand, we can also produce tubes using extrusion technology up to a diameter of 30 mm.

Assembly

The main direction of assemblies is the installation and service work of technological units and pipelines in the food, pharmaceutical and beverage industry. The company also operates in the field of the installation of industrial ventilation, heating systems, air conditioning units, as well as the installation of belt conveyor lubrication technology in the food and beverage industry.

Transport

The company´s own forwarding service is an important factor which, in the context of streamlining the services provided, focuses on fast and safe delivery of products directly to customers, thus enabling the timely completion of projects. Safe handling and timely transport of products are the company's primary goals in terms of quality.

Company profile

SG tec s.r.o. was established on 24th November 2012, with the aim of performing assembly of pipelines and steel structures in the food, automobile and pharmaceutical industry, mainly in the EU. Over time, the company has expanded to include other areas of assembly work and, since 2014, it has been performing assembly and service work worldwide.

Acquired references give evidence of the extensive experience of the company.

Since it was established, the main goal of the company has been to build its own premises and expand its scope to include the production of technological equipment and bearing steel structures. This goal was successfully achieved in 2018, when the company moved to its own premises in Veľké Kozmálovce on 1st January 2018. The new premises include production and welding facilities.

In 2018, SG tec s.r.o. successfully passed several certification audits and implemented quality systems.
