At SG tec s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), the protection of personal data is ensured in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation” or “GDPR”) and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws.


Rights of the persons concerned

The data subject has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing of personal data, as well as the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or to file a motion to initiate personal data protection proceedings.

Each affected person can exercise their rights by submitting an application to the controller at info@sgtec.sk, or at the postal address: SG tec s.r.o., Veľké Kozmálovce 373, 935 21 Veľké Kozmálovce.

Fulfilment of the information obligation towards the persons concerned

The principles of fair and transparent processing of personal data require that the data subject be informed of the processing activity, the purpose of the processing of personal data, their rights and the contact details of the controller or responsible person.

The controller shall provide information related to the processing of personal data concerning the data subject to the data subject at the time personal data is obtained from the data subject or, if personal data is obtained from another source, within a reasonable time after obtaining personal data in accordance with the Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act.
